Returns and refunds

We want you in the pair you actually keep. If the Matcha Jeans are not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send them back.

What qualifies

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. We cannot accept pairs that have been worn, altered, or laundered.

How to start a return

Go to our contact page with your order number and let us know you want to return or exchange. We will send return instructions. Returns within the US are free.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start an exchange the same way within 30 days and we will get the new size out once the first pair is on its way back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will get an email when it is issued.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong size, contact us right away through the contact page and we will make it right.
